Abstract:

PURPOSE: To secure the desired water supply terminal pressure value in a stable state for the constant control of the water supply pressure.

CONSTITUTION: The clean water of a distributing reservoir 1 is supplied to a water pipeline network 2 by the water pumps P1 to Pn. A discharging pressure setting value calculation means 9 calculates the deviation between the water supply terminal pressure setting value received from a human interface 6 and the detection value of a water supply terminal pressure gauge 5. Then, this deviation is combined with the detection value of a discharging flow rate meter 4, and the fuzzy inference value is calculated based on a fuzzy rule table 11. The means 9 corrects the discharging pressure setting value in each inference cycle and based on the fuzzy inference value. A water pump rotational frequency control means 10 applies the feedback control of rotational frequency to the pumps P1 to Pn so that the corrected discharging pressure setting value and the deviation received from a discharging pressure gauge 3 are set at zero respectively.
