PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a waste of water required for restoring water temperature of a subsidiary water tank under the cold temperature when the water temperature of the subsidiary water tank is raised.
SOLUTION: After water temperature of a subsidiary water tank 14 reaches temperature exceeding upper limited temperature to be set, when a water temperature detection signal is inputted to a controller 11 from a water temperature detector 20, the controller 11 opens a drain valve 17 to drain, at the same time, a valve closing signal is output to a water supply valve 15 to close the water supply valve 15, at the same time, time of a timer 23 is commenced, the drain valve 17 is closed with a time-up signal in a time elapsed point, and the water supply valve 15 is opened to supply water to the subsidiary water tank 14. By this water supply, the water level of the subsidiary water tank 14 is raised up to the water supply stopping water level HWL1, and when a water supply stopping water level detection signal is inputted to the controller 11 from a water level detector 19, the controller 11 opens the water supply valve 15 to stop water supply. At the same time, time of a delaying timer 24 is commenced, the control is completed when water temperature in a delay time elapsed point reaches temperature under the cold temperature, and the control is started again in the case it is over the cold temperature.
