To provide a water-treating-carrier package which can be easily charged into sewage water in a short period of time with precise weighing of the water-treating-carrier package when the water-treating-carrier package of a small-piece-shape is charged into a sewage vessel or the like, and which is prevented from scattering around the sewage vessel or from adhering to the clothes of operators at the time of charging operation, and to provide a method for preparing the same.

A bag body 12 is formed of a resin film having water-solubility and impermeability. The small-fragment-shaped water-treating-carrier package 13 is put into the bag body 12 after its predetermined weight is measured out. The water-treating-carrier package 13 is shrink-packed by sucking by vacuum the inside of the bag body12. The bag body 12 in which the water-treating-carrier package 13 is shrink-packed is enclosed in an outer bag 15 formed of a non-water soluble resin film.
