Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treating device and a water treating method with high durability.SOLUTION: A water treating device 10 comprises: a container 15; electrodes 31, 32 which are provided inside the container and can generate treated water by treating water to be treated with the application of voltages; filtration membranes 41, 42 disposed so as to surround the electrodes; an outlet port 63 which is provided in the container and can take the treated water out of the container, wherein a product in the vicinity of the electrodes that is hardly soluble in the treated water is prevented from spreading to the treated water taken out of the outlet port. The water treating device may further comprise discharge ports 71, 72 which are provided in regions 21 formed by the filtration membranes 41, 42 and accommodating the electrodes and which can take out the hardly soluble product.
