PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment cartridge which can sufficiently reduce a pressure loss even if a shower head is not special without impairing a design property and stably maintain a purification effect, and a shower head in which the water treatment cartridge is used.SOLUTION: There is provided a water treatment cartridge 100, including: a cartridge body 102 housed in a shower head; and a purification agent 104 stored in the cartridge body 102, in which a first flow path 154 filled with the purification agent 104 and a second flow path 156 without the purification agent 104 are formed in the cartridge body 102, and is provided a shower head in which the water treatment cartridge 100 is housed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
