PURPOSE: To provide a waterborne transport route having a wide range of application with freedom from the transmission of all loads to each component including a drive section via the use of buoyancy, while allowing compact design, enabling both outward and return routes to be driven even with a single drive source, and further allowing the transfer of even an ultra-heavy article.

CONSTITUTION: A transfer means 9 and a circulation guide mechanism 8 are provided, so as to horizontally move and circulate on the operation of a drive mechanism 2 between the first terminal A and the second terminal B connected to each other via the surface of the water. Furthermore, the circulation guide mechanism 8 has an outward route C and a return route D where many waterborne floats 7 are continuously guided and advance in directions opposite to each other between both terminals A and B on the operation of the transfer means 9.
