To provide a waterproof cover support body of a building unit taking on labor for installing/removing work by collapsibly constituting a lightweight plate-like body having a thickness equal to or larger than the upper surface recess depth surrounded by ceiling beams.
A waterproof cover 5 is supported by placing a waterproof cover support body 4 in an upper surface recess part surrounded by ceiling beams 3 and 3 of a building unit having an upper surface covered with the waterproof cover 5. This waterproof cover support body 4 is collapsibly constituted of a lightweight plate-like body having a thickness equal to or larger than the of an upper surface recess depth. Therefore, when it is folded up at removing work, scattering by a strong wind can be prevented, and it can also be easily installed. A scaffold structure body composed of two parallel frame materials and a scaffold plate is temporarily installed in a ceiling part of the building unit. Installing work is facilitated by extensibly/contractibly constituting tip parts of these frame materials.
