PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quite new waterproof execution method by arranging a waterproof metal to cover the junction of a flat roof section and a sloped roof section, forming a smooth continuous silhouette at the junction of the flat roof section and the sloped roof section, and capable of applying the waterproof execution to the flat roof section after roofing is applied to the sloped roof section and a scaffold is removed.
SOLUTION: A waterproof hardware 4 is arranged at the junction of a flat roof section 1 and a sloped roof section 2, the tilt piece 7 of the waterproof hardware 4 is fixed in contact with the sheathing roof board 12 of the sloped roof section 2, an erect piece 6 is kept in contact with the lower end face of the sloped roof section 2, and a horizontal piece 5 is arranged on the flat roof section 1. A roofing sheet 14 is installed on the sheathing roof board 12 of the sloped roof section 2 and the tilt piece 7 of the waterproof hardware 4, an eaves edge water drip 15 is fitted at the prescribed position of the waterproof hardware 4, then roofing materials 10 are arranged on the sloped roof section 2, mortar is placed on the flat roof section 1, and a waterproof sheet 11 is covered to execute the flat roof section 1.
