To provide a waterproof heat insulating material for exterior wall construction which is used as an intermediate structural body of the outer wall of a building and enables the number of materials and the number of processes to be reduced as compared with a conventional execution method, and also to provide an external wall construction method using the same.
The waterproof heat insulating material 1 for exterior wall construction is formed by forming a plurality of spaces 4 which are continuous in a length direction at the inner surface side of a sheet shaped or board shaped waterproof material 2 formed of a foamed resin material having closed cells. A plurality of resin spacers 3 each having the thickness of the space 4 are arranged in a length direction and adhered at the inner surface side of the waterproof material 2 and the other waterproof material 2 is integrated along the plurality of the resin spacer 3, so that a cylindrical space 4 is formed.
