The waterproof lifesaving container comprises a main container 1 consisting of a resin-molded member having an internal space to accommodate a person and having an opening 1a accessible by the person in an upper part, a lid member 3 which closes the opening 1a and makes the internal space of the main container 1 as a substantially hermetic space, and a reinforcing frame 2 which is formed by assembling metallic long members 2b in a basket shape, and covers and reinforces an outer surface of the main container 1.
