PURPOSE: To decrease the processes of waterproofing works, and to save lobor and shorten the term of works by sticking a stretching roofing on a waterproof sheet for insulation by fused asphalt and forming a waterproof layer.
CONSTITUTION: A sheeting 5 is stuck on a partially bored fibrous sheet 3, thus forming a composite base material. The sheeting 5 is kept protruded from an end section in the longitudinal direction of the composite base material. The composite base material is impregnated with asphalt 2, thus forming the composite base material in a sheet shape. Mineral granules 1 are scattered and attached onto the surface of the sheet of the composite base material, thus manufacturing a waterproof sheet for insulation. A waterproof layer is formed by sticking a second layer stretching roofing onto the waterproof sheet for insulation by fused asphalt, thus decreasing processes, then shortening the term of works. The waterproof sheet for insulation is overlapped to an adjacent sheet by the protruded sheeting 5 at the end section in the longitudinal direction and glued by fused asphalt, thus mutually reinforcing the waterproof sheets for insulation.
