Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent defects such as crack, breakage and the like generated by high tension, correct the shielding performance of a waterproof sheet for a long time and prevent the deterioration of environment generated by the leakage of soil water.
CONSTITUTION: In a waste disposal plant into which wastes in a recessed site 10 formed on the ground are thrown away, a waterproof sheet 14 is discharged in tension on the recessed site 10 with an elevation 11 on which a recess 12 and a shoulder 13 are formed, and an elastic body 17 is arranged between the shoulder 13 and the waterproof sheet 14, and the waterproof sheet 14 is pressed against the recess 12 by a pressing tool 15.
