The peripheral part of a body 1 is left as a frill part 2, and a rubber passing part 3 is formed. Since the linear portion of the body 1 forms a power point, it is folded into three parts and adhered with an attachment/detachment tape 4. A handle 5 is fitted to the center of the elliptic portion of the body 1. The optical reflective board 6 is fixed near the handle part 5.
