To provide a waterproofing deaeration sheet capable of facilitating the execution to the housetop of a building or the substrate of a roof, showing excellent waterproof performance and deaeration performance and maintaining smoothness excellent in the surface of the sheet after the execution of the waterproofing sheet.
The waterproofing deaeration sheet 1 includes a waterproofing membrane 11 and an adhesive layer 12 laminated on the lower surface of the waterproofing membrane 11. A permeable material 13 is buried in the adhesive layer 12 in a state to set in the shape of a lattice (Fig. 2, not shown). The waterproofing deaeration sheet 1 is so constituted that the permeable material 13 is buried in the adhesive layer 12 and that a substrate ground contact surface of the adhesive layer 12 is smoothly formed.
