To provide a waterproofing treatment method and a waterproofing treatment device of a wire harness wherein miniaturization can be carried out and wherein a water stopping agent can be applied uniformly and without uneavenness.
This waterproofing treatment method includes a first process, a second process, and a third process. In the first process, an electric wire group 4 in which a plurality of electric wires 19 are lined is formed in one or a plurality of rows. In the second process, by a first plate 7 positioned on a syringe 11 side and a second plate 8 opposing to this first plate 7, dispensers 2 in which the water stopping agent 3 is filled into the syringe 11 are pinched in a number corresponding to the number of the electric wire groups 4. In the third process, the first plate 7 is made to move to the second plate 8 side in a state that the position of the second plate 8 is fixed, pushing out of the water stopping agent 3 is carried out, and the water stopping agent 5 is applied to both sides of the electric wire groups 4 via a nozzle 9 of which the delivery port 24 moves accompanied with moving of the first plate 7.
