PURPOSE: To simplify a control structure and to make it inexpensive, to prevent such an error action that timing of up and down movement and amt. of stroke of a waterspout nozzle may deviate with time from occurring and to perform a waterspout which provides an appearance wherein spread swan wings are flapped by constituting mechanically a control system for moving up and down the waterspout nozzle at a specified amt. of stroke.
CONSTITUTION: A high pressure water spouted from pumps P1 and P2 is spouted flatly from spouting nozzles 6A and 6B through water supply pipes 4 and 4 and a pair of pipe joints 5 and 5 wherein movement in the axial direction is allowed and being connected with an outlet of each of the water supply pipes 4 and 4 and the output of a hydraulic cylinder 20 is transmitted to waterspout nozzles 6A and 6B through the first and the third power transmitting parts 30 and the pipe joints 5 and 5 wherein movement in the axial direction is allowed to move the waterspout nozzles 6A and 6B at a specified amt. of stroke in the up and down direction.
