Abstract:
To provide a watt-hour meter for annunciating power stoppage duration even in the course of power stoppage.
In the course of power stoppage, a signal for starting a control part 111 is generated from a timer part 106 at fixed time intervals, power stoppage duration is calculated in the control part 111 from power stoppage occurrence time and current time, and the stoppage duration is annunciated by means of display or transmission.
