Abstract:
To provide a watthour meter allowing an electric wire to be pressed to a conductor part and allowing the electric wire to be easily attached to and removed from the conductor part.SOLUTION: The watthour meter comprises, for each electric wire of a plurality of electric wires: an electric wire presser 102 having spring properties; and an electric wire cover 101 provided with a rotation shaft 101a on an upper part, a cylindrical rotational protrusion 101b outside both left and right lateral faces of the rotation shaft, an electric wire presser fitting part 101c on a back face, and a snap-fit structured closed fixing part 101f having a pawl part 101g on a lower part. For each electric wire of the plurality of electric wires, a base 4A is provided with a rotational recess 4A1 fitted into the rotational protrusion, a closed fixing recess 4A4 fitted into the pawl part of the closed fixing part, and an electric wire insertion part 4A2. When the rotational protrusion is fitted into the rotational recess to attach the electric wire cover to the base, the plurality of electric wires are inserted into the electric wire insertion part with the electric wire cover being opened, and the electric wire cover is rotated about the rotation shaft from a front face direction and is closed, the electric wire presser presses the plurality of electric wires onto a conductor part, and the pawl part of the closed fixing part is fitted into the closed fixing recess for fixation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
