Abstract:
To provide a light waveguide component with excellent transmission characteristics.SOLUTION: The waveguide component includes a first component and a second component that are bonded together. At least one of the first component and the second component has a groove on a bonding surface that becomes a waveguide when they are bonded together. The first component and the second component each have a resin component containing resin and a coating film that covers the resin component and has a higher conductivity than the resin. In the groove, the arithmetic surface roughness (Ra) of the coating film is smaller than the arithmetic surface roughness (Ra) of the resin component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
