Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wavelength conversion sheet capable of suppressing backscattering while reducing variations in chromaticity, a sheet covering element having excellent long-term reliability, and an optical semiconductor device having good light extraction efficiency.SOLUTION: A wavelength conversion sheet 1 includes in order in a thickness direction; a phosphor layer 3 for covering an optical semiconductor element; and a light diffusing layer 2 disposed on a side of the phosphor layer 3 opposite to the optical semiconductor element. The light diffusing layer 2 contains a first resin and light diffusing particles. The light diffusing layer 2 has a thickness T of 30 μm or more and 100 μm or less. An absolute value D1 of a refractive index difference between the first resin and the light diffusing particles is 0.12 or more and 0.18 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
