Title:
Wavelength converter
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6322276
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
With this wavelength conversion device (1F), it is possible to minimize decreases in transmissivity of the optical element with respect to output pulse light, and to reduce the replacement frequency of the optical element, even if the optical element provided to the exit optical window deteriorates. A housing (80) in which is housed a nonlinear optical element (70) which converts the wavelength of incident laser light, and an exit window (600) which holds an optical element (610) that includes an optical glass which emits wavelength-converted light converted by the nonlinear optical element (70), are provided to the casing (700), and the optical element (610) is attached to the exit window (600) in an inclined state in which the optical element (610) is inclined with the respect to the optical axis of light by the Brewster angle, and in such a manner that the passing position of the wavelength-converted light is able to be displaced.
