PURPOSE: To prevent the sticking of molten wax dropped on a candlestand by spreading a mixture liquid of an edible oil, glycerin and benzotriazole to the candlestand beforehand.

CONSTITUTION: Glycerin added to a refined edible oil as a deluent, and furthermore, a corrosion-inhibitive agent, benzotriazole, is added to prevent the corrosion of a candlestand 1, and the resultant mixture liquid is spread to the saucer 5 and the core rod 4 of the candlestand 1 to form an oily membrane 2 beforehand. By this oily membrane 2, a wax 3 molten by the flame is dropped on the oily membrane 2 of the saucer 5 and the like, solidified on the oily membrane 2 in a floating condition, and never attached to the sauce 5 or the core rod 4. By inserting a thin plate tool in a part of the wax 3 and applying a slight force to lift it, the whole body of the solidified wax can be removed from the candlestand 1.
