Abstract:
To provide a wear-resistant cast iron which is suitable for being used as a metallic material composing a roller mill, a roller table, a liner or the like used for crushing rock in a stone crushing factory, a cement factory or the like, has excellent wear resistance and drop weight impact properties and further can secure sufficient wear resistance and drop weight impact properties even without increasing the addition amount of Ni.
The wear-resistant cast iron has a composition containing, by mass, 1.0 to 3.6% C, 15 to 22% Cr, 0.3 to 2.5% Mn, 0.5 to 3.0% Cu, 0.1 to 1.5% Ni and 0.01 to 0.2% N, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities.
