To provide a wearable terminal, wearable terminal system and program, capable of promoting wearing by a driver.SOLUTION: A wearable terminal 10 worn by a driver includes: a biological information acquisition unit 11a for acquiring biological information of the driver who wears the wearable terminal 10; a terminal communication unit 12 which transmits response signals Sr1, Sr2 requiring control of a vehicle 20 to the vehicle 20; wearing determination unit 11b which determines whether or not the driver wears the wearable terminal 10 on the basis of the biological information acquired by the biological information acquisition unit 11a; and a terminal control unit 11 which permits transmission of the response signals Sr1, Sr2 through the terminal communication unit 12 when the wearing determination unit 11b determines that the driver wears the wearable terminal 10 and which prohibits transmission of the response signals Sr1, Sr2 through the terminal communication unit 12 when the wearing determination unit 11b determines that the driver does not wear the wearable terminal 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
