Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weather-resistant anticorrosive coating which can satisfy both weather resistance and an anticorrosion property without being limited by conditions related to viscosity and the like, and to provide a use thereof.SOLUTION: There is provided a weather-resistant anticorrosive coating including an acrylic resin emulsion, condensed aluminum phosphate, and a water repellant, as essential components. The acrylic resin emulsion is preferably an acryl-styrene-based copolymer emulsion. The condensed aluminum phosphate is preferably aluminum dihydrogen tripolyphosphate or a derivative thereof. The water repellant is preferably a silicone compound or a fatty acid ester. To 100 pts.mass of the acrylic resin emulsion, blending amounts of the condensed aluminum phosphate and the water repellant preferably are 0.5 to 20 pts.mass and 0.4 to 22 pts.mass, respectively. Further, the weather-resistant anticorrosive coating preferably contains a silane coupling agent.
