Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weaving device for surely actuating a weaving operation although the construction is simple, and the electric control is easy.
SOLUTION: In the weaving device for making a welding torch of an automatic welding machine conduct the weaving operation, a rotation force of a rotary drive motor is transmitted to a dog plate (7) through a reduction mechanism. On the position corresponding to the both ends of amplitude of the welding torch in the peripheral face of the dog plate (7), a cam (8) for operating a limit switch is formed to intervene in a limit switch (9) disposed corresponding to the peripheral face of the dog plate (7) in a rotation speed control circuit for a rotary drive motor. A guide frame (12) is fixed to the dog plate (7) rotatably in the same direction, and a slide member (13) is assembled into the guide frame (12) in a state capable of linearly moving. A roller (16) is supported rotatably on the slide member (13), and the roller (16) is fitted by insertion in a long hole (19) formed on a rocking arm (18). The welding torch (4) is supported by a fulclum shaft (17) of the rocking arm (18).
