To allow a participant in a web conference to easily make a call through means other than the web conference.SOLUTION: A call destination telephone number acquisition unit 622 acquires one or more telephone numbers of a call destination, and a caller telephone number acquisition unit 623 acquires one or more telephone numbers of a caller. A call destination calling unit 624 makes a call to the acquired one or more telephone numbers of the call destination and maintains the connection only with a telephone terminal that has made a response. When there is a response from the call destination, a call control unit 625 makes a call using the acquired one or more telephone numbers of the caller and maintains the connection only with a telephone terminal that has made a response. A connection control unit connects a telephone line between the telephone terminal of the call destination and the telephone terminal of the caller with which the connection is maintained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
