Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web processing device which reduces tensile force of a web in processing, and improves processing accuracy.SOLUTION: Web fixing means 22 is arranged on an upstream side or a downstream side of a processing stage 20, and switches the web between in a fixed state and in a released state. Web feeding means 7 is arranged on the upstream side or the downstream side of the processing stage which is opposite to the web fixing means, and intermittently feeds the web. Web tensile force control means operates the web feeding means or the web fixing means in a direction for reducing the tensile force of the web positioned between the web feeding means and the web fixing means in a state of the web fixed by the web fixing means in processing the web on the processing stage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
