Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the relative carrying of a lounge member and a web pressing roller device by providing a roller head having a plurality of rollers for pressing the upper end surface of a web member arranged thereon and a cylinder to which the roller head is connected.
SOLUTION: This web pressing roller device 15 comprises a roller head 16 having a plurality of rollers 6 arranged thereon and a cylinder 4 having a rod 5 to which the roller head 16 is connected. The mounting pitch of the rollers 6 is as small as possible, and the number of the rollers 6 is preferably 4 or more per head. The web pressing roller device 15 can uniformly press the upper end surface of the web member 2 of a lounge member 10 on a roller conveyor 3 by each roller 6 of the roller head 16 by lowering the rod 5 of each cylinder 4. According to this, generation of a gap between a face member 1 and the web member 2 can be prevented prior to welding.
