Abstract:
To determine whether a web site is forged or not, by the use of an image of the web site.
A white list database 16 stores a screen image of a web site, while an input part 11 receives input of the URL of the web site 2, and a capture screen acquiring part 12 acquires the screen image of the web site 2 represented by the URL received by the input part 11. An access determining part 14 compares the screen image acquired by the capture screen acquiring part 12 with the screen image to be stored in the white list database, and on the basis of the result from comparison, determines whether the web site 2 is forged or not.
