Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate work to manually operate web from the outside of a winding deuce and guide the web to a tracking roller for starting the winding of a new web 1, save labor, shorten time for the work, reduce space required for the winding device in the longitudinal direction, simplify the structure of the device, and reduce cost.
CONSTITUTION: A tracking roller 3 is arranged above a winding roll 6, and contact press giving mechanisms 7 and 8 work to the tracking roller 3, making it contact the winding roll 6, thus causing contact press between the winding roll 6 and the tracking roll 3, as a result, the winding roll 6 is supported on a movable frame 10, and with an increase in the winding diameter of the winding roll 6, the movable frame is driven by an actuator downward. This allows the winding roll 6 to increase in diameter.
