Abstract:
To provide a weed-proof sheet having excellent penetration resistance against strong weeds while suppressing deterioration due to ultraviolet ray or the like, and a method for manufacturing the weed-proof sheet.SOLUTION: A weed-proof sheet 101 has a weave structure including a front side cloth structure 110 including first warps 111, a rear side cloth structure 120 including second warps 121, and wefts 131 forming double-ply by connecting the front side cloth structure 110 with the rear side cloth structure 120. At least one of the first warp 111 and the second warp 121 is a yarn including black spun-dyed yarns, and the weft 131 is a yarn including black spun-dyed yarns. The front side cloth structure 110 and the rear side cloth structure 120 are formed so as to have three or more float yarns 112, 122, have a length L of the float yarns 112, 122 of 0.90-1.50 mm, and have non-float yarns 113, 123 formed so as not to be in contact with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
