Abstract:
A process for the preparation of a new herbicidal formulation particularly useful in the control of tares in areas of sugarcane crops consisting in: a) triturating a thiadiazolylurea of formula i: ** (formula) ** wherein r is trifluoromethyl, t-butyl or ethylsulfonyl; and 2-chloro-4-ethylamino-6-isopropylamino-1,3,5-triazine until at least 90% of its particles have a size of less than 10 microns; and b) combining the urea and triazine previously comminuted with one or more inert non-phytotoxic vehicles and/or one or more surfactants in a suitable equipment, at a temperature comprised between -30 and 100º c; c) grinding the combination of step (b) in a fluid energy mill at a measurement range of 1 to 10 microns and then homogenizing and removing the air before the combination is packaged; d) optionally, dispersing in water the formulation obtained in step (c) to form a suspension that can be sprayed on the area to be treated.
