Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent effects of a change in delivery speed following a change in weaving density from being counteracted by correction effects on the delivery speed with a tension feedback system.
CONSTITUTION: This controller comprises a setting means for setting the target value of tension to be applied to warp yarn, a sensing means for sensing the actual value of the tension applied to the warp yarn, a motor controlling means for driving a motor for delivering the warp yarn based on the target value, the actual value and the weaving density, and a tension correcting means for suppressing the effects of the actual value in the motor controlling means for a prescribed period in changing the weaving density.
