Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the incomplete inserted weft yarn as a defect in the product fabric from being left.
CONSTITUTION: The expansion bar 6 guiding the woven fabric performs terry motion by actuation of the servo motor. The loom-controlling computer C0 judges an incompletely inserted weft yarn whether to be fast-pick or loose-pick on the basis of the pile-looming pattern. When an incompletely inserted weft yarn is the fast-pick following the loose-pick, the computer C0 allows the wefting unit not to perform the wefting operation.
