Abstract:
Provided is a weight-sensation estimation system that makes it possible to use a low-cost device to produce a refined estimate of the sensation of weight and the sensation of resistance experienced by a person. A muscle sensor device is fitted to a user's arm. Then, a weight-sensation estimate calculation device uses a learning algorithm to estimate the sensation of weight and the sensation of resistance in the user's arm.
