Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weld joint capable of suppressing generation of a blow hole, and not lowering strength and a nitrogen amount in a weld metal; and to provide a weld material therefor, and a welding method using the weld material.SOLUTION: In a weld joint, a base metal comprising a ferrous material containing nitrogen as much as 0.20 mass% or more and 0.40 mass% or less is welded by a gas tungsten arc welding method, by using a weld material in which a nitrogen amount is increased to 0.40 mass% or more and 1.20 mass% or less by applying a nitrogen absorption treatment to the base metal comprising the ferrous material containing nitrogen as much as 0.20 mass% or more and 0.40 mass% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
