PURPOSE: To make appearance of an ornament skin good by a technique wherein an ornament inserting part prepd. by pinching an ornament between a foamed body and a film is pinched under pressure between a weld mold fixed on a lower side electrode and an upper side electrode and a high frequency electric current is energized and a fused piece is peeled off by means of a peeling-off mechanism.
CONSTITUTION: An ornament 3 is pinched between a foamed body 5 and a film 2 on a part of a door trim work B consisting of a laminate of a base material 4, the foamed body 5 made of polyurethane, etc., and a film 2 made of PVC etc. This ornament inserting part 1 is pinched under pressure by making the PVC film 2 to be the lower side between a weld mold 23 fixed on the lower side electrode 19 of a high frequency welding apparatus and an upper side electrode 20 and the film 2 is pressed by means of a peeling-off member 22. Then when a high frequency electric current is energized, the neighborhood of the peripheral edge part of the ornament 3 is tightly sealed on the film 2 and the foamed body 5 and the film 2 is cut off into a fused part 31 and a cut piece 30 under an unfused condition. The peeling-off member 22 is lowered with the cut piece 30 and the necessary part of the ornament 3 is displayed outerward.
