Abstract:
This corrosion prevention method, which is for a welded section and that performs corrosion prevention processing on the welded section of a plastic-lined steel tube using a heat-shrinking corrosion-preventing sheet, has at least: a step for affixing the terminal end of a heat-shrinking corrosion-preventing sheet, which is wound around the peripheral surface of at least the welded section of a plastic-lined steel tube, by means of a press-adhered tape for the heat-shrinking corrosion-preventing sheet and having an adhesive agent of which the shear force at the temperature at which the shrinking force of the heat-shrinking corrosion-preventing sheet is the greatest is greater than the greatest shrinking force; and a step for heat-shrinking the heat-shrinkable corrosion-preventing sheet. The press-adhered tape for the heat-shrinking corrosion-preventing sheet results from providing an adhesive layer, which contains a cross-linkable adhesive cross-linked by means of heating, to one surface of a heat-resistant substrate film, and the shear force at the temperature at which the shrinking force of the heat-shrinking corrosion-preventing sheet is the greatest is greater than the greatest shrinking force.
