PURPOSE: To provide the welded structure and welding method for the honeycomb panel having high quality without causing weld defects, such as blow holes and cracking, in weld zones and the structural body assembled by this welded structure.
CONSTITUTION: Honeycomb cores 2 and a part of edge materials 6 respectively of a pair of the honeycomb panels 1 facing each other are joined to an upper surface plate 3 and a lower surface plate 4 by brazing filler metals 5 which are previously clad on the upper surface plate 3 and the lower surface plate 4. The flanks of the honeycomb cores 2 existing at the ends are also joined to the flanks of the edge materials 6 by the brazing filler metals 5. The surfaces of the edge materials 6 between grooves 7 and the brazing filler metals 5 are provided with weir-like projections 8 when the butt parts to be joined by welding are provided with the grooves 7.
