Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding device of a rotary electric machine winding in which a weld torch is highly accurately rotated with the same diameter as the diameter of weld parts at an equal speed to weld the weld parts.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a welding device 1 of a rotary electric machine winding equipped with a welding torch 2 in which terminals of conductor segments 24a to d of a stator 5 abut on each other and which forms a stator winding of the rotary electric machine by welding weld parts 54 annually and equally arrayed on the end surface of the stator 5. This welding device includes: an arrangement device 3 to which the stator 5 is fixedly disposed and which is positioned by moving the welding torch 2 in the radial direction of annual arrangement of the weld parts 54; and a pulley disc 16 which rotates the welding torch 2 together with the arrangement device 3 at an arrangement location positioned in the same size as diameters D1, D2 of the annual arrangement of the weld parts 54.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
