Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding jig of a heat exchanger in which the working properties in the bend pipe welding and the working properties in the fastening and releasing of a welding workpiece can be improved, in manufacture of the heat exchanger of a water supply preheating device to fasten the welding workpiece 19 by stacking fin tubes 3 sandwiched using a fin pipe support plate 12 and a fin pipe presser plate 13 in a predetermined number of stages and vertically tightening them.SOLUTION: A leaf spring structure is configured such that a presser jig 16 incorporating a leaf spring is put on an upper part of a welding workpiece 19, and in the presser jig, when applying the downward force to the presser jig in an end at the side of a welding workpiece short side, the downward force dispersed in the presser jig is applied to the central part at the side of a welding workpiece long side. The welding workpiece 19 is fastened with the presser jig 16 by tightening with a clamp 18 in the end at the side of the short side of the presser jig.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
