Abstract:

To provide a welding material for Ni-based alloy which can suppress high temperature cracking during welding while maintaining an excellent weldability with Ni-based alloy and the like.

The welding material for Ni-based alloy comprises, by mass%, 0.05% C, 8-25% Cr, 4.0% Fe, 15% W, 5-20% of Mo+1/2(W+Re), 20% Co, 0.01 to 2.0% Al, 0.01 to 2.0% Ti, 3.0% of Al+1/2Ti, 1.5% of Nb+1/2Ta, 0.007% B, 0.04% Zr, 0.01-0.5% Si, 1.0% Mn, 0.010% P, 0.002% S, 0.005% O and the balance being Ni and inevitable impurities.
