Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology enabling fine welding without scattering a load applied on projections formed on one base material, at spot welding.SOLUTION: While a first bus bar 10 having a left side projection 12L and a right side projection 12R projecting upward, and a second bus bar 20 are pressed with each other so as to contact the projections 12L and 12R with the second bus bar 20, the projections 12L and 12R are melted by energization to join the first and second bus bars 10 and 20. Peripheral parts of a base end portions of the projections 12L ans 12R in the first bus bar 10 are positioned under base end portions of the projections 12L and 12R.
