Abstract:
To provide a welding monitoring device capable of securing visibility and monitoring system even if a distance between a first camera and a second camera and an imaging object changes.SOLUTION: A welding monitoring device includes: a first camera 21 which acquires a high luminance image; a second camera 22 which is provided side by side with the first camera 21 so as to acquire a low luminance image; and a control unit 32 which has a camera control section 321 which controls both the cameras 21 and 22 and an image processing section 322 which performs synthetic processing of replacing an image at a welding portion of the high luminance image with an image at a welding portion of the low luminance image and further displays the synthetic image on a display screen 31. The control unit 32 has a position correction processing section (a portion where processing of step S6 is performed) which performs position correction of an image at a welding portion for replacing the second camera 22 according to image deviation amount Df due to a difference between installation positions of the first camera 21 and the second camera 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
