Abstract:
To provide a welded component manufacturing method which can reliably suppress unintentional deformation of a thin steel sheet due to weld heat during welding such as fillet welding, and a welding system.SOLUTION: A second plate 4 is welded onto a first surface 2a of a first plate 2. In a welding process, a cooling medium 14a is supplied to a second surface 2b of the first plate 2. The cooling medium 14a is injected from a conduit 14 located on the second surface 2b side of the first plate 2. During heating by welding, the injected cooling medium 14a is supplied to an area of the second surface 2b that overlaps a part, where the first surface 2a and the second plate 4 should be welded, in a plain. The welding process is performed in the state that a downward force is applied to the first surface 2a of the first plate 2 by a restraint member 18 which is placed on the first surface 2a of the first plate 2 and can apply the downward force to the first surface 2a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
