Abstract:
To provide a welding quality evaluation device which can highly accurately evaluate the welding quality.SOLUTION: Laser beam emitted from a laser oscillator 22 is applied to a welding target spot via a collimation lens 24 and a condenser lens 26. Reflected beam of the laser beam at the welding target spot is incident on cameras 32a, 32b via a dichroic mirror 28 and a reflection mirror 30. A processing device 42 of a welding control device 40 calculates a variable value indicating the quality of welding according to time-series data by inputting the time-series data of image data Dpa, Dpb to an evaluation map defined by evaluation mapping data DM.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
