Abstract:

To solve such problem that a heat treatment for recovering toughness, reducing a residual stress and restraining stress corrosion-cracking causes decrease in tensile strength, and cannot secure the necessary strength to a wheel part.

After a heat treatment to a local surface in welding parts 3-1 to 3-3 in a welding rotor 1, a heat treatment after welding is applied and then, the residual stress is lowered while securing the strength of joint parts 3-1 to 3-3 and the wheel part 2, and further, the stress corrosion-cracking is made to be difficult to generate.
