Abstract:

To remove spatters stuck in a gas nozzle, easily and in a short time.

A tip body for holding a welding tip 4 is provided in a torch body 2, in which a rotary sleeve 14 is arranged freely rotatably around the axial center O; with a gas feeding space provided in the tip body 3 and the welding tip 4, a freely-fitted gas nozzle 12 is arranged and connected to the rotary sleeve 14 through an elastic cylinder 15; with a rotary means 18 provided that rotatably drives the rotary sleeve 14, the gas nozzle 12 is rotated by this rotary means 18 through the elastic cylinder 15; the axial center Og of the gas nozzle 12 is thereby swung in the circumferential direction, with the inner face brought into contact with the welding tip 4 and an orifice 6, peeling and removing the deposited spatters.
