To reliably feed a wire while preventing the wire wound around a reel from being slackened around the reel.
The first axis of rotation of the reel 12 is set in the horizontal direction, the second axis 20A of rotation of a drive roller 18 is set in the horizontal direction, and a circumferential surface 20B of the drive roller 18 is provided facing a circumferential surface 21 of the reel 12. A circumferential surface 23 of a driven roller 19 is brought close to or into contact, with the circumferential surface 20B of the drive roller 18, and the third axis 23A of rotation of the driven roller 19 is set in the horizontal direction. Nonslip parts 22A and 22B of the wire 9 are provided on the circumferential surface 20B of the drive roller 18. Even when the wire 9 is loosened by longitudinally providing the reel 12 with the wire 9 wound therearound, the slack is present only at a lower part of the reel 12. When the drive roller 18 is rotated, the slip of the wire 9 can be prevented by the nonslip parts 22A and 22B.
